About Me
Hi! I’m Grace Rex, an illustrator, vintage enthusiast, cat mom and mom-mom, living in America’s Dairyland. I have always been passionate about comix, old stuff, and the intersections of those things. I began my vintage clothing collection in 6th grade, it made me *very* popular, like you would expect. I’ve been working hard at my art since I could hold a pencil (do we all say that? I bet we all say that), at the age of 6, I started my portfolio with a drawing of Jack Skellington and Sally, and signed my name with letters made of bones. I am still an enthusiastic recorder of bones, monsters, and have added lots of cats, babies and horses to my oeuvre. When I’m not getting wild on vocabulary, wrangling my son, drawing my cat, or running the mid-century antique store my husband and I are partners in, I enjoy drinking coffee and getting offers to publish my work, so you know, drop me a line below!
